San Vigilio di Marebbe is situated in a charming valley surrounded by the majestic mountains named Dolomites. They are in fact distinguished by the particular type of rock, the dolomia, which produces wonderful colour effects during the early hours of the morning or at sunset. As there is little traffic, in our peaceful village you will enjoy clean air and pleasant areas where you can relax. It is a starting point for walks of every kind and level, mountain-bike excursions, adventurous descents on the Zip-line and fantastic days on skis during the cold season. From the village you can easily reach the "Fanes-Sennes-Braies" Natural Park, which is a place of intricate legends of the Dolomite Ladin tradition. Mountain lovers can go hiking in this magical environment and enjoy a well deserved rest in one of the mountain huts.

In the immediate vicinity of our house you will find connections to the famous ski area of Plan de Corones (2,275 m), where the most modern ski lifts in Italy are located. The 120 km of perfectly groomed ski slopes offer a wide range of options for beginners, families with children and experts. It is also an integral part of the world's largest ski carousel called Dolomiti Super Ski, which is a guarantee of quality.
